FanSeats.ca operates solely as an independent search, comparison, and referral platform for sporting events taking place in Canada.

• Not a Broker or Seller: FanSeats.ca is not a primary box office, ticket broker, ticket reseller, secondary exchange, or payment processor. We do not set ticket prices, establish delivery fees, issue physical or electronic barcodes, or guarantee seat availability.
• Outbound Transactions: All ticket purchases are executed directly on the websites of independent third-party vendors (e.g., Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, StubHub). Your purchase is subject strictly to that third-party vendor's terms, refund conditions, and buyer guarantee policies.
